01 / The problem
Small hotels and apartment rentals run their bookings on an Excel grid. Every guest is typed in several places, totals are calculated by hand, and nobody can check a free room from their phone while talking to a guest.

One screen with the calendar grid owners already know: rooms down the side, dates across the top, each booking a coloured bar.
- 02
Enter a guest once: nights, price per night, deposit, phone, status and notes. The total is calculated automatically.

Colour-coded status for every booking, and a quick availability check.
- 04
A cleaning board on the phone: each room is dirty, being cleaned or clean, updated with one tap.

Revenue, money collected, costs and occupancy per month and per room.

An AI assistant answers questions about bookings and free rooms, and proposes new reservations. Staff confirm each one before it is saved.

03 / Principle
The assistant proposes, staff confirm
The AI drafts a reservation from a plain request, but it only opens a pre-filled form. A person checks it and saves it, so nothing is booked by the AI alone.
