01 / The problem
Notary offices spend a large part of the day answering the same questions: which documents to bring, how a power of attorney works, what a property sale requires.
02 / What we built
7 things
it does well.
- 01
A tablet at the entrance. The citizen presses once and speaks, and the assistant answers by voice with live captions, and can be interrupted naturally.
- 02
Answers come only from official legal documents, and the sources are shown.
- 03
It says clearly that it gives orientation, not legal advice.
- 04
Each notary has their own assistant: the shared national legal corpus plus their office's own documents, forms and fees.
- 05
Each office sets its assistant's name, voice and greeting, and sees the history of questions asked.
- 06
A typed-question fallback for noisy rooms or when voice is not possible.
- 07
No public registration: accounts are created by an administrator and each tablet has its own device token.
03 / Principle
Each office's knowledge stays its own
Isolation is enforced at the level of every document fragment the AI can retrieve. One notary's documents can never appear in another notary's answers.
04 / Screens

Engineering note
Tenant isolation down to the document fragment
Notary Copilot answers from a shared legal corpus plus each office's own documents. The boundary between offices is enforced where fragments are retrieved, before anything reaches the model.
